In case you missed parts I, IIa & IIb, there they are.
This headline is a trick question that cannot be answered in a general manner, and don’t believe any one-size fits all claim to the contrary. The best way for someone to lose fat is as individual as the freckle behind your left ear. No two people will have the same “best” way to lose fat fast, especially if health is the main goal, which is of course the real motivation of anything you will ever read from me.
Studies and experience show that long term (2-5 years) success for diets and fat/weight loss are closely related to health, hormones and a NON-diet type of lifestyle and mentality. In other words, obsessive and unnatural behaviors around food and weight are known to sabotage long term results, eventually.
There are many diets and strategies out there that have great short term (2-5 years) success for losing weight and shedding fat, but eventually, they often lead to an even worse situation than the pre-diet status. So don’t believe anyone or any book that says they have the fastest fat loss program unless they have evaluated you and know your blood test results, stress levels, lifestyle and more.

However, if your goal is fast fat loss, and you don’t want to take the time to improve your overall health, then I recommend following the Slow Carb Diet that Tim Ferris wrote about in his book “The 4-Hour Body.”
I do not recommend using this diet as a lifestyle because I don’t think it is healthy. So why would I recommend it? Because for some people, losing fat FAST is the most important factor affecting their mental and emotional health. So who am I to not give options? And now ya have it. I think Tim’s Slow Carb-Diet is the most successful, healthiest unhealthy option available for losing fat =)
