Commitment Sheet

This sheet (see below) is for all of you who decide to take the leap into The H2 PROGRAM which is much different than simply reading blog posts and learning information.

It is a COMMITMENT to your health and learning about your body. This takes courage, discipline and motivation.

I am here to see that you reach your goals and your best body yet. I can do that with one magic word: accountability.

Studies show that people who are held accountable for what they say tend to follow through MUCH more than those who don’t have someone helping them stay true to their word.

Here are your 3 options (see below for sheet):

1) Print this sheet out, sign it and send it to me: Chris Hallford 1766 Clear Lake Ave. Milpitas CA 95035

2)  Print this sheet out, sign it and send it to someone you trust will keep you accountable for your word and has some skill in coaching.

3)  Print this sheet out, sign it and keep it with you at all times.

Option # 3 is obviously the least successful of the bunch, so only use it as a last resort, i.e. you can’t afford a stamp to send it to me.

MY OFFER TO YOU: if you send me your commitment sheet, I will keep in contact with you via email (leave your email on it!), to make sure you are sticking to the program to the best of your abilities.
